Moving to Nokia seemed like a great idea, what with their "stellar" reputation for making strong and reliable devices that could live through anything, but I'm afraid to say it was the worst decision I'd ever made. I bought a device (7.1) and it was working well until it seemed to have a problem with the charging port. Went to Nokia carepoint in Pietermaritzburg more than three times since September 2020 to have it booked in but the place has been closed since March according to security personnel at the gate. I then drove to Durban looking for an accredited Nokia repairer which proved to be in vain. Every single Nokia customer care number I find on the internet either goes unanswered, or it's just disconnected. I'm at my wit's end trying to repair this phone. It's safe to say I won't be buying any Nokia products from now on. It just isn't worth the headache when they need to be repaired or serviced.
