NOKIA, WHERE ARE YOU????? I NEED HELP!!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM NOKIA!!! Nokia 7 Plus Cell phone, what a disaster!!! NO response from Nokia. VERY POOR service from Nokia agent!!! 3rd time the charging port not working. First time the agent "repaired" phone, 2nd time they replaced phone, and after it happened again, the don't assist at all . They did however confess that the Nokia 7 phone has a lot of issues, and that many customers return their faulty handsets!!! My phone only a few months old, but it don't charge!!!!
