Nokia technicians not responding!

Nokia technicians...supposed to fig my fiber cable going to the router...19 days of calling Vodacom Fiber line everyday...being Escalated every time but NOTHING is happening!!!!!!!!!!!! Useless service!!!!!!!! Do they only have one technician for Noth West???
