Nokia phones hves become unreliable

Nokia 7 plus didn't last two years. Looked after it perfectly, charger port failure which is frustrating considering the only reason I opted for a Nokia is because of it's reliability track record. This is obviously not the case anymore as I have found thousands experienced this.
