Nokia phone that busted like a boom

My husband bought Nokia 2.0 in March for cash. On Monday while he was on the phone it started to be hot. Then he put in on the bed where it burst. Burning the bed . Then we went to reverse where we bought it they said nothing can be done. Where must I get help . It's not our fault.
