nokia Microsoft phone

<p>I am using Nokia Microsoft phone I have struggled with this phone I don't even know what to do with it . I can't download ; i cant even update with . I have done everything even opened a microsoft account but still i cant download or upgrade my softwares . I am really tired of this phone</p>
