NOKIA HAS NOTHING TO SAY

I reported Ashai Nokia phone, that nokia cancelled whatsup and facebook on it and the technical people at nokia cant help me. But as yet I had no response from them. I cant download anything to wup again or facebook.<br> Do they just not care?
