Nokia G10 is *******

I bought Nokia G10 from Pep cell in June, I'm so very disappointed that I wish the phone was never had been made at all and I don't understand why such a big company can produce such a useless product. I contacted Nokia on so many times and I never got a solution to this mess they produced. This thing keeps freezing and sometimes you can't even see who calling or nonetheless answer it. I've factory restarted this thing over five times, updated to the latest software, changed google account and even used it with it's default apps just to see what's going here but it still freezes. I never got to speak to a service person except this useless Qbots they have on their sites. I've written so many emails and Nokia hasn't bothered to answer. If I had money to buy a new phone I would smash this thing and get a better product from a best company and never buy anything from this useless Nokia company. Nokia android smartphones are a ******* and I wish we can have a petition to stop people from buying them. I'm really gatvol with this product.
