Nokia C10 a recall

Nokia C10 should be recalled!!!!!

I bought that model for my daughter in December 2021 it freezes, soft wear very slow, this phone actually rings with nothing on the screen. I used to get frustrated that my daughter is not answering calls until I had to use her phone at some point. I complained at Mr Price where o bought it, I was told of many issues and complaints with that phone.
