Nokia Asha 503 software malfunction with MMS

The Nokia Asha 503 has malfunction that it cannot receive MMS or send MMS. Even when the network operator sends MMS settings to the phone,still it cannot accept this settings. In these days & age, what kind of a mobile phone cannot send or receive pictures? Very very very BAD indeed for Nokia.
