NOKIA 3

I bought a new nokia 3 phone on the 3rd of February on contract at cell c to my surprise when i woke up this morning my phone aint working , its just off i have been calling to be assisted on cell c they all saying its gonna take 2 weeks to get my phone back if i send it back to the store and its so much inconvince for me for a new phone not to be working when i got it 2 weeks ago , this nokia phone is just not okay a friend of mine had the same problem until she was given a new phone so i wont have a phone for 2 weeks but i must pay for a phone i didnt use for those weeks i cant , NOKIA AND CELL C sort this out
