Nokia 2.1 is a NO NO...it disappoints..

The Nokia 2.1 disappoints absolutey I regret buying it and leaving Samsung galaxy.the phone just switches off at any anytime.it wil b in my pocket thinking its on .moments later whn i check i***** off.ive had the phone for 3 weeks and I'm so disappointed.i previously used a Samsung galaxy grand prime Nd I'm happy with the phone.this one hardly a month and dis.i wonder how wil it function when it's five months old.i cald Ackerman's where I bought the phone I was told it could take 4 to 8 weeks for it to be repaired and returned.imagine such a long time without a phone..People wake up dis Nokia phone is a No no..I tried to call Nokia headquarters in Johannesburg and their customer services number.no answer and during business hours..dis is really FUNNY.
