Nokia 2 phone I got straight out the box at Macro that never got to work

Hi, I bought a Nokia 2 from Macro in April 2018. On the very first day the phone had a system fault which I realized when I got home (the phone would switch on and off on its own randomly) after a few days or week I went back to Macro and they told me to go for repairs in at the East Gate Vodacom... I've never put another sim card in the phone... I've never really used the phone cause it always switched off everytime I'd try using it. Took it twice to Vodacom paid extra charges for a phone I never got to use was really disappointed as it was actually my birthday present... Got frustrated got help else where but the problem continued. Till today the phone doesn't work but looks brand new I basically paid for a phone that I never got to use... I had an option to chose from Sumsung and Nokia I was so excited as a loyal customer to get Nokia over Sumsung in collaboration with Android but I'm really disappointed :(

Cause I don't think for the amount of money I paid for this phone I got enough attention to the problems I had faced with this phone...
