No fibre 22 days

Nokia technicians and booking department who are supposed to fix vodacom fibre lines are absolutely pathetic. Have had 3 technicians out now. The first two reported and escalated the issue as a major fix but been without fibre now for 22 days. ******* closure of service requests from Nokia stating line restored, data finished (on a uncapped fibre line) are among the few reasons. Pathetic and truly discgusting.
