New phone needs Protector screen to be available in store

I was the first person to get a Nokia 8 Sircco at the MTN store in Strand. How can you put phones in the store without any screen protectors ? My Grand daughter knocked my phone out my hand due to excitement of seeing me and my bad luck the screen cracked. If I could have had a screen protector this would NOT have happened. Feel strongly that you should replace my screen as it's so new and you had none to purchase in the store.
