Manufacturer blamed for no stock of Lumia 930's

I am one of Vodacom's earliest customers and also a big fan of Nokia Lumia's. Hence my huge disappointment when my upgrade request for the advertised at the time Lumia 930 (from 820) went onto backorder due to stock out and has remained this way for nearly a month. (Now no longer offered on Vodacom's site) All calls and complaints to Vodacom have met with a simple \the manufacturer cannot tell us when stock will arrive". Vodacom have tried to get me to choose another device. Can Nokia/Microsoft SA please explain how they cannot deliver their \""flagship\"" smartphone to SA's largest network? It seems unbelievable. I am in USA at the moment and the phone is available everywhere. Were Vodacom poor in their forecasting and ordering or is Microsoft/Nokia SA at fault? Bottom line - will someone please tell me when Vodacom will receive Lumia 930's again!!?? """
