Kindly let Nokia know about my review. Thank you.

I bought a Nokia 7 Plus phone through my bank, FNB. I am a huge Samsung user and fan, but the big memory on this Nokia phone impressed meso much, that I choosed to go for it. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!! Twice my Nokia's CHARGING PORT DIDNT FUNCTION and I had to sent it in for repairs. I was without my phone for weeks on end!! More than a month at a time!! The second time, my phone was replaced with a brand new handset (phone). My NEW phone's CHARGING PORT IS again NOT FUNCTIONING!!! Causing my phone NOT to Charge!!! Somebody else told me that he had the same problem with his Nokia phone!!! I will NEVER AGAIN buy a NOKIA PHONE!!! Sad thing is that I still have my Nokia business phone which I used years ago. Still looking brand new and was a pleasure to use. Kindly advise what I should do. To be without my phone is very difficult as the old phone I now use doesn't have a big memory.
