I need my phone back

I went to Nokia Cellular Workshop in pmb to fix my Nokia Lumia 920 cracked screen they fix it well ,I try to put Sim card phone didn't read Sim card I took back to Nokia March 2018 they said they will book it in they gave mi slip with a job number I was checking on my phone all the time by calling them or going straight where they work there were telling me my phone not yet fixed they I waiting to order new Sim reader because the other is faulty.I bought Nokia 3 at mtn it had problem of front camera so I took to Nokia they said it free to fix it they book it in so after a month I went to Nokia to check on both phones it was August then they said both are not yet fixed Nokia Lumia 920 has 5 months with the and Nokia 3 had 1month with them ,I told them to give me back Nokia 3 because I need phone I can't leave without a phone they gave me my phone and they took both slip for Nokia Lumia 920 and Nokia 3 luckily I know Job number , I was calling them few weeks ago to ask is my phone fixed they said they need job number I gave them they said not yet fixed , yesterday I went to them personally they said they don't find my details on their computer a lady there gave me attitude so she did not tell or look for my phone she just took my details and said she will call me if she find my details but she didn't my phone it been there for 10 months and they are not giving any update or follow up
