Hi I have a problem with my phone feature of display over other apps I contacted customer care assisted by Cynthia earlier when I started the chat the issue was escalated to other department for suggestions then it worked for the time now when I tried again it's not working tried to contact the customer care again I was now assisted by rude agent who claims that he knows better about the phones his name is Victor now I can't work because I need this app feature
