DONT BUY NOKIA there is NO SUPPORT

I have a Nokia 8.1 All of a sudden it switches on and off on its own. I took it into Vodacom, but they need Nokia software and Nokia cannot assist with it. So they sent it in and it came back saying that they cannot assist. Now I need a new phone because apparently NOBODY has Nokia software
