Bad service

I bought the new Nokia c20 from Pep cell and I can proudly say Nokia C20 is not good to be on the market, the phone is very slow , purchasing is was a waist of money. It doesn't even multitask and it's slow to respond, it chaws the battery power like nobody's business. I tried to return the phone to the shop and they didn't want to take it back.
