BAD SERVICE

Phone booked in for repairs in September 2014 at the Nokia in Jan Smuts. Phone was still under warranty at the time. Phone still not received as of today, I kept going into the branch and calling in but I keep getting the run-arounds. They always say they are waiting for the mother body from headoffice. I have been waiting for a long time for my phone, I need assistance, I am really unhappy with the service that I have been getting. Its been 7 months now, no substitute phone or real valid feedback has been given to me. This is unacceptable, if they cannot fix the phone then I am entitled to a new one.
