Not sure if ****

Hi. I would like to find out if Nobium.cc is legit. They claiming that my partner has huge profit from trading platform years ago when he was active on there. He was told to make deposit of R900 to reactivate his account to receive the huge profit. I'm skeptical sounds like a ****, but not sure. Trust you could help or refer us to find out please.
