Noahs Village Pathetic Place to live

Unfortunately the service providers that have been appointed at Noah's Village take incompetence to a whole new level, leaving the residents without electricity,water, a disgusting smell in the air due to the septic tank malfunctions, continuous security problems, lack of communication, andd the latest one- a so called tariff mistake made in July last year which we are now being held liable to pay.

We pay for services on a monthly basis and we receive less than 50% of what is expected from these ontime payments.

Kibo seems to be a company that knows nothing about the field they are working in and creates frustration with every single tenant in Noah's Village. The Village has become a place of uncer*****y,frustration and anger.
