3v1 iGrow and Body Corp and Owner vs You
The complex/estate is a good place to stay for families. IGrow is the company managing majority of the leasing/rentals. I think being an owner would not be a problem a however being a Renter(lessee) may not be so beneficial. Okay, If you are looking to Rent, note that Igrow will most likely be the middle man. 1. iGrow has a serious Itemized billing. They have to may money somewhere. Therefore note that the listed rental price will have addition monthly costs to it. e.g +- 500 2. Renewals are also tough, always plan, again because it does come with a lot of admin fee and request to top up the deposit. 3. iGrow agents have a poor response regarding the fault or issue you have logged against the unit. On the whatsapp community group we have seen this also. Noah's Village poor infrastructure: 1. Sewerage and draining: Noah Village draining and sewerage infrastructure has very poor integrity. Coupled with few occupants flushing foreign objects, it then tips the scale. Recently a R300 bill has been added to the waterbill and sewerage per unit. Tentents are looking at and average of R700 on the normal bill, add the R300 on to that, you are already looking at R1000 along without having paid the rental amount. 2. Lifting Tiles Tenants have reported lifting tiles in the apartment others never had this issue resolved. I have been waiting for months for a resolution, you'll flow up until you are tired. They don't update you without following up. 3. Lighting Walking in the passages at night is a hazardous no light. The lights under parking shelters don't working for many areas. 4. Swimming Pool Swimming Pool has been dry for many years. 5. Children's play area has no recreational items. 6. Clubhouse is a storage unit. NOTE THE BODY CORP WILL AND IGROW WILL PASS THE BILL TO YOU, THE PEOPLE.

Stayed here for a while and it was nice. The problem is igrow who manages some of the units. So if the agent you're renting trying to rent from is from igrow, don't do it. Once you move out they do everything they can do not give you your full deposit back. To the extent that they'll charge you for fixing things that were faulty when you moved in. ****mers of note
