Horrible place to stay in. Power outages that are not related to load shedding from time to time. Sewerage system smells that have not been fixed for years. Oh and you can only buy electricity through someone’s account number. If you haven’t paid for your water bill, you cannot buy electricity. Break ins are a norm. No maintenance at all. Also don’t be surprised when your unit grows mould on ceilings and you don’t get any help. Floor tiles might also break at any time. Lastly, forget about your deposit. You’re not gonna get it. In fact, you’ll even be charged more on top of your deposit. I was told they’re going to do a “deep professional cleaning” that’s required R1500. Bizarre! 😂
