worst experience ever

i am using a car that i brought from there, and there was a double payment this last month due to the fact that i mistakenly paid double and the total amount was R14000.00. i have informed them of this provided proof i was told to wait for 7 days to get my 6950 refund. 7 days has passed i do not have money to buy food to go to work i have been calling i am being told stories i have send emails they are not responding
