Unfair Treatment and Misleading Communication
I would like to raise a formal complaint against the company regarding the poor communication and inconsistent information I have received about my vehicle and contract. I was initially accused of damaging a Honda vehicle that I collected with an existing problem. I was subsequently informed that my contract would be cancelled and replaced with a new one. However, the following month, I was told that no such arrangement existed. Despite contacting the accounts team for clarification, I have still not received a clear and satisfactory explanation. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism shown in handling this matter. I request that the company investigate my complaint, clarify the circumstances surrounding the vehicle damage allegation and contract cancellation, and provide a fair resolution. beside that they went as far as collecting the car for *** that they said i was owing for prowrighter , i asked them to wait to get clarity and make a payement while i was talking to the guys on the phone they took the car with my personal belongings , yet payment was done before i went to them outside found them gone with the car , ****y pple as ever .

Not a happy customer
we were also sold a car that was damaged! they say the cars undergo stringent quality checks before they are rented out which we found out the hard way that they certainly do not go under any quality checks, we hadn't even had the car for 4 months and the clutch had to be replaced! i took the car to their car care centre twice and was told that they checked the car and there was nothing wrong with it! when i told them about the dashboard light that kept showing and the car would just stall, they had no clue what that little light even indicated, now this is coming from their car care centre, the same people who service the cars, i will not be taking it back there for a service ever again! i am actually still waiting for Moosa to contact me in connection with an engine noise i was hearing and asked if i should take it to Suzuki to have it looked at! My whatsapp message to him has still not been rep**** to and was sent on the 18th of August 2026! our disc renewal is coming up now, the old disc when we got the car was end of december, we renewed it and now end of september we have to pay and renew it again, 3 months they stole from us! they are not very good with follow ups or anything for that matter that may cause them a headache!

Not a happy customer

The worst car rental company I've ever had a contract with.
The worse car rental company ever. I regret my contract with them. They are very reactive and quick to act when their debicheck doesn't work, they'll come take the car same day with no warning. I am dealing with a girl called Zenobia, very rude and ***********. No response to emails, lies a lot and very inconsiderate. I want to close my contract with them because this is not it. If you want to open a contract, you'd better think twice about it. They think you are desperate and doing you a favour, no favour is paid.

No finance cars carcare departments Boksburg
The CARCARE DEPARTMENT is extremely bad news just know when the car you took has to go there your pockets will be dry upside down they just go against what you signed on a contract aggressively if you refused their way they sent a repossession order to their recoveries department. Never care of your monthly repayments are up to date as per the contract. NEVER ENTER INTO A DEAL WITH NO FINANCE CARS BOKSBURG RATHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT 155 NORTH ROAD BOKSBURG. Maybe other no finance cars carcare departments are better. I have a dispute with them due to Extended Mechanical Warranty which i was promised for the entire contract duration soon the car has a mechanical breakdown down they verbally changed the contract and was issued with a bill of R22k during the dispute while is still on due to a breach of contract on their side they sent for repossession of a car mind you overstepping lawyers words of they can't do that while the dispute hasn't been resolved. MATTER HAS BEEN TRANSFERED TO OMBUDSMAN ( MIOSA )

Horrible Service
Zero customer services whats so ever. I got one of the bakkies from this people and the disc expired since January 2026, I only noticed now since I do not use the car for personal it hasn't been working, I called to enquire about the disc also to ask why I wasn't contacted. The rudeness i received from the Indian lady day. Those people are ******. People fix your credit score and get a car directly with the back, they do not care about their clients at all. To top it all we pay a lot in these cars and it doesn't even include the bare minimum hence we are getting rubish service.. Treat your clients with care and respect. I am returning their bakkie back I am okay with this bad service.

Horrible Service

**** and poor service
They are ****** my car was involves in an accident and they said its a write off and they were lying cause i asked for the papers from their insurance confirming that and they refused and their contract say if the car is a write off you loose and don't get another car. You can't have your own comprehensive insurance because their cars are DO NOT TOW so no other insurance can take their car except their Insurance. I asked for the car back so that i can fix it myself they refused, I've reported them to Ombudsman.

They are ****** my car was involves in an accident and they said its a write off and they were lying cause i asked for the papers from their insurance confirming that and they refused and their contract say if the car is a write off you loose and don't get another car. You can't have your own comprehensive insurance because their cars are DO NOT TOW so no other insurance can take their car except their Insurance. I asked for the car back so that i can fix it myself they refused, I've reported them to Ombudsman.

Poor Service
I got a car accident on Friday with a State vehicle and my side mirror is damaged i can't see properly on my write hand side, I sent everything on car finance but they are blue ticking me asking them way forward and insurance details. People from Police station called me this morning asking me what is my insurance saying, I told them am still waiting I will get back to them. I have a big problem with them because of ignorance. Am really not happy with this.
