Unfair Treatment and Misleading Communication

I would like to raise a formal complaint against the company regarding the poor communication and inconsistent information I have received about my vehicle and contract. I was initially accused of damaging a Honda vehicle that I collected with an existing problem. I was subsequently informed that my contract would be cancelled and replaced with a new one. However, the following month, I was told that no such arrangement existed.

Despite contacting the accounts team for clarification, I have still not received a clear and satisfactory explanation. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism shown in handling this matter. I request that the company investigate my complaint, clarify the circumstances surrounding the vehicle damage allegation and contract cancellation, and provide a fair resolution. beside that they went as far as collecting the car for *** that they said i was owing for prowrighter , i asked them to wait to get clarity and make a payement while i was talking to the guys on the phone they took the car with my personal belongings , yet payment was done before i went to them outside found them gone with the car , ****y pple as ever .
