Pathethic!

I bought a car end Nov and it was due for a service. The salesman who was assisting assured me that in the next week they’ll call so that I can take the car for service as it was already due. All of a sudden things changed that I already took the car and I must pay for it? How so? This is *******, ****s and insensitive humans!
