NO CAR FINANCE BOKSBURG TREATING ME UNFAIRLY - Accident repairs

NFC Boksburg has my car for over 8 months for accident repairs, 2021. For the past 5 years I never skipped a payment and I always paid on time. NFC doesn't want to supply me with accident repair workmanship info or guarantee, calibration certificates on the 2 new airbags fitted, I gave NFC Boksburg a 34 point list of accident repair errors that should be looked at and this list was made after they got the car from the Springs panel beaters. I also paid the accident cover fee of R7500 to release the car. When I saw the car the condition of the car was shocking and is still not 100%. NFC has the car for 8 months after the accident to do repairs and left me with no transport for the past 8 months. NFC do not treat customers with the deserved respect. I mean the car should have been fixed properly the 1st time 100%. I should not be treated unfairly as the accident was not even my fault.
