My car was written off but still they claim i owe them because it didhave insurance but i was pay for it

I bought a cars from no car finance at Boksburg in October 2019. In May 2022 i was involved in an accident, i made an accident report and made a claim with them. The lady who i was talking with her name is Loren told me that she will send a tow truck to fetch my car which was on Tuesday morning. We waited for them for the whole week mean while i was driving the car to work that week and she couldn't phone back for progress on the claim or how they're going to assist me. I even suggested that they pick up my car from work at Northgate mall as she said i live far from them which is Soweto. From that time everything went wrong, they could not assist me i was the one who made the follow-up. Sometimes when i phone they told me she's busy. I received a terrible service from that woman. They finally fetch the car on Sunday, from that moment i didn't hear from her again nothing i had to call and inquire about the progress of my claim from other consultants which at some point they game a bit of how *********** Loren is. She finally after a week sent me an email saying that the car is in repairs. She went silent again when i finally got hold of her inquiring about the access she said it's R7500 which i had a problem with because the damage wasn't that bad. I told that i could not afford the access but i can pay it in two months installment even the car is going to take about two months to be repaired according to her. She agreed and went silent again no phone call nothing everytime i call she's busy or out. I talked to another consultant which he checked on my file and found out that my cars is listed as a write off and he said Loren received thus email in the beginning of June. It's now the last week of June the car is been written off i don't know about it I'm on the impression that it's in repair. My husband and i went to their offices in Boksburg because we can't get a proper answer. When get there we found her and she told us that the car is a write off and cabe fixed we told her that we drove the the whole week as she couldn't fetch it the car didn't have mechanical problems which they agree but they said the front end which includes bumper, grille and lights made it a write off what a BS. She told us a whole of BS including that the cars wasn't insured when we asked about it. The contract states that incase of the car been written off the contract ends which is exactly what's in the contract but She said i owe them four months installment if i don't want to get out of the contract. They can make a new contract and give me another car but i have to pay a deposit and that will take about two weeks to arrange that. It's been three weeks since no contact no nothing from her. Ive been treated like a nobody I've been trampled my rights been trampled and I'm fed up with her and that company. This week on Wednesday 13 July i phone again as a new buyer the consultant told me that all cars comes with insurance so the story about the car not having insurance is a lot of BS. Loren have a sinking attitude towards me when i ask her questions she didn't have answers to. They didn't even gave me an option of giving my car back so that i can fix it myself. Her email is ***
