I need help please 😭

I have big problem with company. I took a car from this company its rent to buy. I signed the contract of 54 months I'm paying R4,650 installment monthly, I'm left with one year 6 months to finish the contract after that the car belongs to me. My car is impounded by Traffic so this company doesn't want release my car,because I don't have car papers , they are not handed over there car papers to the customer.I also find out I'm a not a proxy so I can't release the car and I'm already paid the fine at Traffic department. I bought this car for the business purposes and it's pay it's self. It's been a month now I don't have a car I'm not working now but at the end of month I must pay the installment ,How. I'm not asking them to pay fine I'm already paid fine I also emailed prof of payment. There is a lady called Loren she's working on car care department she said the is not their problem. I need help please 😭
