HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EAST POINT

I drive a renualt kwid 2019 JB13RG GP. This is the car we rented from east point car rentals from march 2022 on the 10 of Feb 2023 the car became faulty and i call road side assistance for help, my car was towed to Boksburg as they have a car care workshop.2 weeks later I was told my car had an issue with the battery and terminals, of which I was charged R1000,then hardly 10km away the car shut down then pushed the car to the nearest garage.. then I noticed that the radiator was now damaged, i called them again and told them that the car is now worst since they tempered with it. not east point is charging me an addition R19000 for damages that they did on the car.I raised it up and I was given an ultimatum of paying R9200 or i must just deposit a new car for R10 000. i would understand if i damaged the car myself but now the car went to the workshop and they damaged the car and now i must pay for it...AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS.....
