Debtors Department unprofessional and rude

Good business...but very poor administration and unexperienced staff who are very rude and don't know what is customer service. They don't reply to emails they want to charge money that is not even stipulated on the contract I sign. People out there please be careful when you rent to buy a car at NCF. I won't even recommend my family and friends to this unless they change all their account managers and debtors people as there is 11 ladies working in debtors who are really unprofessional. Management you selling good quality cars but your administration in debtors suck really make that changes otherwise you business will suffer the consequences.
