Beware when signing contract with No Car Finance

Be careful when engaging with No Finance Cars. This company is not caring about customers and its all about financial gain for them. When you terminate the agreement , your debit orders will still deduct as normal without paperwork being submitted for finalising the owed balance . When you query why they deducted the debit order , the staff such as Roxanne and Nicole will send you hundred different explanations and each time the story is different than the previous. They are not willing to refund your debit order and finalise the payment arrangement . Apparently it takes 30 days to close the account, and each time you ask for the paperwork , there is a different story .This is just delayed tactics so they can collect the next debit order again in the following month .
