Bad customer treatment

I was retrenched nd I informed them. I was making payments. It was only when I called to make arrangements they sent people to come fetch the car. When I asked about de deposit that I paid. I was told I bridged the contract. But the contract clearly states that I'm entitled to the deposit refund incase of retrenchment.
