Words fail me as to how this company operates

Despite numerous emails and personally calling at their offices at 144 Bram Fischer Street to give them the correct email address NMS continue to send correspondence to the incorrect email address and not update their records. I was informed that it takes 30 days to change an email address! Unbelievable, when with the click of a mouse the email can be corerected.
