Unprofessional and ****

@Dstv you really failed your customers on this one and I'm really surprised how you assure us that our information is safe with you according to POPIAs Act,how did this **** of a company get hold of my personal information ,now I can't watch my tv because I owe an insurance I was falsely given because they said it's free..which I asked more than 3 times for clarification.You can't even get hold of them telephonically and email is responded automatically by system.Do not agree to any product DStv offer because even them they can't assist you they say it's beyond their control,I just have to cancel my subscription with DStv(2 decoders).
