Poor service

I am very disappointed at this insurance company. I have been paying this insurance company for 3years if not more. I have attempted to get hold of them for months but I couldn’t reach them. My decoder got broken and I wasn’t able to claim cause I couldn’t get help. I still remain with a broken decoder. I went an extra mile so that I can find the email so that I can cancel both covers I had with them, they didn’t even bother to ask me why I am cancelling they just cancel so all my money went down the drain just like that. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
