NOT ABLE TO GET HOLD OF NMS INSURANCE SERVICES

Impossible to get hold of NMS Insurance Services (subsidiary of DSTV) over the phone. I have cancelled my DSTV subscription but not able to cancel my insurance. Feel sorry for anyone that tries to claim.
