NMS Insurance Services (SA) Limited DSTV insurance activation without customer consent

NMS Insurance Services (SA) Limited activated my DSTV insurance without my consent. I requested proof of consent which was promised to me and i never received it. Since May 2019 up-to date, i received nothing but empty promises and they still have the guts to ask for payment.

DSTV is of no use regarding the issue, they also want me to pay. it is a small amount but it is not about the money but business principles and trust.
