NMS Insurance Services for DSTv decoder insurance really sucks

My advice is NOT to use this company for DSTv decoder insurance. The sales pitch is great, but once signed up it is extremely difficult to contact this company to action any service or claims. The telephone queue is often over 100 and the wait time in excess of 45 minutes. They do not respond to emails or SMS messages. They do not update their records with your insurance information so that you cannot approach other DSTv service providers either. Really they offer a very, very poor service. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch; NMS is incapable of running their business in a client- friendly way.
