I'm extremely unhappy with their service.

I was called yesterday by DStv ( NMS Insurance) offering me a funeral policy which I then decided to take. But when I received my Policy document it was not what I agreed to verbally with the consultant and his Supervisor Alicia.

I send them an email requesting to be called but its 15:37pm today without their call.
