Cancelation of insurance

Insurance product sold without proper consultation to Mom who is elderly. Now she is unable to get hold of Anyone on the numbers provided as it keeps on saying service is unavailable. How is it that its easy to sell your product but when we need servicing or cancelation it is like rocket science just to get through. Mom is unable to watch TV as her subscription amount subsequently went towards the insurance premium and she unfortunately cannot afford that as she is unemployed and a pensioner at that.
