!!BEWARE OF NMS INSURANCE THEY DONT SETTLE CLAIMS!!

Claim ref *** email ref *** It been 78 days of my claim being on their system since 27January,with me calling and emailing almost everyday all they do is lie and escalate to the non existing claims department but they continue to debit my money but when it's time for services delivery they give a run around.i sent an email to their complaint department but it seems as they are as claims department it's being 72hrs with no response.this ****mers continue to call me selling other products while they continue failing to settle my decorder insurance Claim.People beware of NMs dstv insurance i called them for -+500minutes from 27 January complaining the only they do is to escalated and apologize while those apologies are not fixing your problem
