Settlement *****

We traded in our Ford Ranger for 2x Toyota Agya's. The quotation given for the settlement amount on our Ford Ranger was not paid in full which resulted in our debit order going off for a vehicle that we no longer owned. After numerous phone calls and promises our money is still not refunded, 3 weeks later!. This is not acceptable and dishonest!
