Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, right up until we received our new vehicle! A huge thank you to Toyota NMI Witbank, and especially to our salesman Khutso Mokoena and F&I Manager Lobisa, for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. The service was simply outstanding — professional, friendly, fast, and honestly so much more than we expected. Everything was handled efficiently, with great communication throughout, and we always felt valued as customers. A special thank you as well to NMI Toyota Centurion in Pretoria. Even though we collected the vehicle at the Pretoria branch, the team there made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to make the handover a memorable experience. Congratulations to Khutso, Lobisa, and the entire NMI Toyota Group. You should be extremely proud of the level of service you provide. It’s not often you come across service this exceptional, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you for making the purchase of our new vehicle such a wonderful experience. Bad Customer Service
Very poor service from Toyota Emalahleni. Dropped off my Land Cruiser 79 (2025) at 07:30 this morning for brake pads. Not a single update the whole day. I had to call them myself at 16:20, only to be told they don’t even know what’s happening — and the vehicle was not touched the entire day. This is unacceptable. No communication, no accountability, and a complete waste of a client’s time. Toyota, you need to do better.

Bad Customer Service
