Bad Customer Service

Very poor service from Toyota Emalahleni.

Dropped off my Land Cruiser 79 (2025) at 07:30 this morning for brake pads. Not a single update the whole day.

I had to call them myself at 16:20, only to be told they don’t even know what’s happening — and the vehicle was not touched the entire day.

This is unacceptable. No communication, no accountability, and a complete waste of a client’s time.

Toyota, you need to do better.
