NMI Ford Pietermaritzburg

Good afternoon My husband bought a Ford 4 x 4 cab and a half in 2020 from a dealer in Durban who he was very happy with. We Live in Howick so he has had to have it serviced at the dealer in Pietermaritzburg. The light on the bar of the truck has not been working for the last year and a half. He has approached Ford Pietermaritzburg with ABSOLUTELEY no co operation. Excuses were: They have ordered the part. The part is not available. We will wait for another vehicle and then take that part and put it your vehicle. I can write ten pages about this, the fact of the matter is the light on the bar on the back is STILL not working. He is due for an upgrade and I can assure you he will NOT buy another Ford, and certainly not from NMI Ford Pietermaritzburg, It is a shame. How many other customers get that treatment?
